Ian is a Systema Instructor who lives and teaches at his Systema school in Brisbane. Ian became involved with Systema after training for many year in Ninjitsu. Ian in began training in England then completed his Systema training and was awarded an Instructorship by Vladimir Vasiliev over 8 years ago. Ian's seminars are always dynamic and action packed. This one will also be HARD hitting. What is Systema:
Systema is the Russian Martial Art adopted by the Special
Operations Units or Spetsnaz and has been perfected in both civilian and
military applications for years.
Systema represents one of the most modern and effective fighting
arts in the world today. It is designed for application in any situation
involving hand to hand combat or weapons defence, in any terrain, or under any
compromised circumstances, such as environment, multiple attackers, injury, loss
of breathing and surprise.
By using the natural capacity to evade and precise re-direction
of the opponent's force, the Systema student is trained to handle any challenge
and produce devastating results.
The Seminar: SYSTEMA - BALLISTIC
STRIKES AND CONTROL
This seminar will deal with the more practical applications of
Systema including:
- Russian conditioning exercises.
- Ballistic Striking. - The combat mind set. - How to control you opponent with
Strikes.
- How to deliver Penetrating Strikes. - Strike conditioning Drills. - Drills to help you develop HARD hitting.
