Adam is a Systema
Instructor and teaches at his Systema school in Melbourne. Adam
moved to Systema after becoming disenchanted with a number of other
martial arts he was involved with.

What is
Systema:

Systema is the
Russian Martial Art adopted by the Special Operations Units or
Spetsnaz and has been perfected in both civilian and military
applications for years.
-

Systema represents
one of the most modern and effective fighting arts in the world
today. It is designed for application in any situation
involving hand to hand combat or weapons defense, in any terrain,
or under any compromised circumstances, such as environment,
multiple attackers, injury, loss of breathing and surprise.

By using the
natural capacity to evade and precise re-direction of the
opponent's force, the Systema student is trained to handle any
challenge and produce devastating results.

will deal with the more practical applications of Systema
