It is physical. It is grueling. It is tough.  It is also fun.

My name is Peter Aftanas and it is always a great pleasure to hear from other Systema enthusiasts.

We have a growing Systema school in Sydney's south at Kogarah.  We have eight training session a week including a beginners program. We are a pure Russian Martial Art - Systema school with nothing added from any other Martial Art.

I want to make it absolutely clear that we are NOT an Mixed Martial Arts school. We only teach and practice Russian Martial Art - Systema.
