No Ranks, No Uniforms, No Techniques,
No rules, No Limitations.
It is real, it is practical, and it is exciting.

Russian Martial Art – Systema is the martial art used by an elite group inside the Russian Special Forces (Spetsnaz).

It is a martial arts system based on principles rather that techniques. It relies on an understanding of human bio-mechanics, physiology, kinesiology, and psychology.

During training sessions students are guided to explore and understand how their bodies perform under training drills and high stress conflict situations.

All forms of movement within Russian Martial Art – Systema are based on your body's natural movement. Taking into account personal limitations and / or existing injuries. In short, this is movement in a way that benefits your body. Thus training is generally very personalised.

Russian Martial Art – Systema is a full contact martial art. It is physical. It is grueling. It is tough. And it is fun!
